Ok, so you aren't happy with the Voila Adornments that you have purchased? You can exchange or be issued Voila Buck$, which is store credit. Only applicable for purchases within 5 days of receipt. Unfortunately, claims cannot be handled outside of 5 days post-delivery so unpack your goodies right away! Your Voila Adornments must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was received. Please note that shipping will be deducted from the store credit. Store credits do not expire. Custom orders are not available for return or exchange. Please note that when returning your Voila Adornments, keep them in the original packaging or in a secured within a box. Be sure to include all promotional items/free gifts with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift(s). Must use a courier with insurance and tracking (such as UPS or FedEx). Voila Adornments is not responsible for items lost in the mail.

All custom orders require a deposit of $40.
